You will be tasked with adding or deleting medical restrictions based on the information received, sorting and opening all mail, and preparing daily production reports. Maintaining the paper stock and toner in all printing equipment will also be part of your duties. You will assist your supervisor in developing procedures aimed at minimizing customer inconvenience during system issues and will be required to gather documentation when reporting such problems.
