    As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) on our night shift, you will:

    + Administer medications with precision and care during overnight hours

    + Monitor residents’ well-being and respond to their needs with compassion

    + Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance

    + Communicate clearly with families and healthcare teams as needed

    + Support residents with empathy, kindness, and professionalism—making their nights safe and comfortable

    Requirements

    + Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) license in good standing

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + At least 1 year of CMA experience, ideally in a healthcare setting

    + Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration

    + Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    + Genuine compassion and a caring, patient-focused approach

    + Proficiency with electronic health record systems
