**Job Title** : Regional Office Director
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
+ Ensures the office meets or exceeds safety, financial and strategic objectives by effectively managing the daily operations and customer service for the office.
+ Works with the General Manager to create, manage, and execute plans to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
+ Responsible for office compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and operational integrity.
+ Recruit, build and maintain a world class team.
+ Vision to develop a strategic business plan annually and discipline to follow the plan
+ Ability to identify risk and develop risk mitigation strategies during preconstruction & construction project phases.
+ Develop and mentor staff for customer services and operational proficiency through effective and consistent coaching efforts.
+ Regularly communicates office performance and priorities with all PMs and General Manager.
+ Serves as a role model of our Core Values to employees; holds employees accountable for the implementation of those values into their work processes.
+ Takes an active role in making sure that office projects are performed within the parameters established.
+ Able to articulate sound business decisions in response to ever-changing demands.
+ Effectively interviews, hires, and trains employees; plans, assigns, and directs PM work; appraises performance; rewards employees and initiates corrective action procedures; addresses complaints and resolves office problems.
+ Provides regular updates of office status to the General Manager and Senior Management.
**Job Specifications** (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
+ 10+ years’ experience in the HVAC industry
+ 5+ years’ experience working in HVAC Contract Sales.
+ Prior experience estimating small commercial HVAC projects.
+ Knowledge of blueprint reading and take-offs
+ Job tracking and cost analysis
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Office software.
+ Ability to work in a team environment; ability to work collaboratively with users, flexibility, and adaptability to changing situations.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication, customer relations, and organizational skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability.

**Compensation Range:** $150,000 - $190,000 per year
