What You’ll Do:
As the Senior Manager, Global Online Strategy, you will play a crucial role in supporting assigned online retailer account(s) by leading strategic initiatives, driving cross-functional process improvements, and ensuring effective communication with senior leadership and stakeholders both internally and externally. In partnership with the department Vice President and Executive Director, you will be responsible for creating leadership presentations, defining and overseeing channel-specific standard operating procedures, and driving strategy alignment across regions and countries for the assigned retailer(s).
Strategy & Business Development
• Develop and lead mechanisms to ensure all countries/regions are sharing and following best practices to drive success at the assigned retailer(s) from launch.
• Develop compelling presentations that effectively communicate key insights and strategic initiatives to senior leadership across various countries/regions; present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, highlighting opportunities and challenges.
• Take ownership of special projects including but not limited to driving improvements in partner team(s) processes and technology (i.e. identifying, vetting, and onboarding third-party technology partners).
• Drive expansion roadmap to onboard additional brands and new countries/regions to the assigned retailer(s).
• Serve as a primary point of contact and consultant to all countries/regions on the assigned retailer account(s) to unlock sales-driving and operational improvement opportunities.
Program Management & Reporting
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to online account objectives and design reporting wireframes and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights across multiple regions and retailer(s).
• Create structured mechanisms for communication and reporting across multiple Brands, Regions, and Functions, including Regional roundtables to review business performance and consolidated reporting to track KPIs, surface insights, and inform strategic decision-making.
• Continuously optimize reporting/analytics processes and dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making.
• Drive planning and execution of an annual global workshop or summit to facilitate deep-dive strategy sessions, showcase success stories, and foster knowledge sharing across teams.
• Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and consumer behaviors to uncover actionable insights and inform strategic recommendations.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures, ensuring SOPs are updated regularly to reflect evolving business needs and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop project plans, and drive implementation.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in account management or sales within the Beauty, CPG, or Fashion industries, preferably in a global environment and preferably with an online focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to manage multiple and complex priorities, using an innovative approach to resolve issues.
• Solid financial acumen to understand drivers of profitability, priorities to manage cost and optimize value
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and data analytics platforms.
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$99,400.00** to **$163,800.00** . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
