    Salary: $20 / Hour

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a school-based Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support students with various mental and physical disabilities under the direct supervision of a Lead Occupational Therapists (OT) and according to the Physician’s plan of care. Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) will treat to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. The ultimate priority of our Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is to restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health.

    Position Details:

    + Location: Coachella, CA

    + Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-4pm)

    + Pay: Up to $40/hr

    + Duration: 2025-2026 School Year

    Requirements:

    + One (1) year of Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) experience with school-based experience (Preferred)

    + Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program with either an Associate’s degree in science or applied science that is approved by American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc.

    + Current, unencumbered state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)
