Required Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of work experience
Preferred Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or Business
Relevant Work Experience
+ 3 years of work experience managing complex projects, required.
+ Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand and deal with technical issues as well as assess customer and Company economics associated with Distributed Generation, required.
+ Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills, required.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
+ Project management experience, preferred.
+ Knowledge of the electric system and distributed generation, preferred.

Additional Physical Demands
+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
+ Must be able and willing to occasionally travel to regulatory and industry meetings in state capital or other places.
