Job Purpose :
The primary function of this role is to provide training and support to Self-Direction staff.
Essential Functions:
+ Train/Retrain and mentors Self-Directions Staff.
+ Reviews and approves Self-Hired DSP payroll daily and transportation entries daily.
+ Track Payroll and mileage entries and notify Coordinators of incorrect Payroll or mileage entries.
+ Ensures the timely completion of billing in accordance with Medicaid regulations.
+ Collaborate with Coordinators, Program Managers, and Supervisors to ensure consistency of documentation.
+ Consults with Human Resources Dept and Finance Dept as warranted for issues regarding employee or payroll.
+ Performs all other duties as requested by supervisor and/or designee within the scope of practice

Education and Experience:
+ Minimum High School Diploma with two (2) years of Human Service experience Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1 years of Human Service experience.
+ Must be willing to complete specific company required trainings as mandated by our governing agency, Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) at time of hire and annually thereafter.
+ Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:
+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs to include Email, Word, Excel, and Teams.
+ Must possess and maintain a valid NYS Driver’s License-a vehicle is required for business travel.

Pay Rate - $20.00/hr-$24.00/hr
