    This is an outstanding opportunity to develop and implement marketing strategies that will improve our Antibody portfolio's market presence and accelerate the purchasing journey for scientists worldwide.

     

    A day in the life

    + Develop and implement strategic marketing plans through product portfolio positioning, analysis of customer segments, and customer journey mapping

    + Strong focus on paid and organic digital strategy, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website optimization

    + Build engaging content in various formats (email, social media, video, events, webinars) to boost brand awareness, consideration, and purchasing preference

    + Lead participation in key industry and company-organized conferences, webinars, and virtual events, showcasing Antibody products, services, and data

    + Collaborate with regional marketing to develop and implement marketing programs tailored to geographic regions

    + Collaborate with technical teams to translate customer insights and market opportunities into data and content reinforcing value propositions

    + Manage marketing budget to align with the annual operating plan

    + Travel may be required (up to 25%)

     

    Keys to Success

    Education

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferably Biology, Cell Biology, related life science category, or business/marketing specialization

    Experience

    + Preferred experience with antibodies in previous scientific roles

    + 5-7 years of experience in product marketing or related fields, with a focus on digital marketing;

    + Understanding of research workflows and exposure to biotech, pharmaceutical, or academic markets strongly preferred

    + Proven experience in developing digital marketing initiatives, including content for webpages, display advertising, SEM/SEO, social media, video, and automation, with a strong understanding of online ordering and eCommerce

    + Demonstrated expertise in marketing fundamentals: 4Ps, marketing mix, audience segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, and marketing program execution

    + Proven product commercialization experience with go-to-market strategy development and execution

    + Strong track record in organic digital marketing strategy and data-driven decision-making

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    + Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, global organization

    + Strong analytical skills for identifying problems and driving continuous improvement

    + Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills

    Compensation and Benefits

     

    The salary range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $93,800.00–$140,000.00.

     

    This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
