The opportunity
Delaware North is searching for a full-time Global Business Services Coordinator to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll provide administrative assistance at a high degree of diversity and complexity, assisting in providing support for the Vice President of the department and other leaders within the team. Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses a high degree of good judgment and diplomacy when working across departments and interacting with organizational leaders and clients.In addition, this role will be responsible for managing document requirements of the department, assisting in projects, and coordinating department and cross-departmental activities.
Pay
$18.46 - $30.43 / hour

What will you do?
+ Perform administrative functions such as making travel arrangements, coordinating activities and meetings, and preparing expense reports, and processing invoices.
+ Maintains executive calendar, arranges appointments, contacts personnel, and coordinates meetings.
+ Provide callers with information that requires a comprehensive knowledge of company policies, practices, and operations.
+ Organizes and maintains executive records and files, often of major importance to the company.
+ Prioritize work to meet deadlines with minimal guidance as to established times.
+ Coordinates work, and interdependencies and ensure timely completion across several interdependent departments.
+ Assist in finance projects, coordination of meetings, tracking actions, and follow-up.
+ Manage departmental document control, retention, and distribution, including financial statement tracking, AP invoice scanning, and organizing retention of board/committee materials and other essential records.
More about you
+ Associate degree plus a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in administrative or office positions.
+ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication.
+ High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
+ Excellent organizational skills.
+ Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
+ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages.
+ Demonstrated capability with a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
