    St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is seeking a Medication Access Specialist for Infusion and Clinic Administered Medications to join their 340B Pharmacy team. This role, based in the Pharmacy Department and reporting to the Pharmacy Business Manager or Analyst, offers a hybrid work option after training. The specialist will assist patients with complex assistance programs, working closely with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, conducting insurance and financial reviews, managing medication shipping and receipt, and addressing medication-related issues with third-party payers and SLHS personnel. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to establish collaborative relationships are essential.

     

    This position is responsible for assisting patients in identifying and navigating complex assistance programs (manufacturer, foundations, grants, and 340B Assist) for Infusion and Clinic Administered Medications.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician Registration

    + Three (3) + years' experience

    + Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
