    RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN LPN:

    + Providing nursing care within their scope of practice

    + Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients

    + Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care

    + Any other job duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS OF AN LPN:

    + Must have an active Certification as an LPN

    + Experience preferred, not required
