    CDL Driver – Residential Route

    **Location:** Shreveport, LA

    **Pay:** $18-21/hour (based on experience)

     

    We’re hiring a **CDL Driver** to run residential garbage routes right here in **Shreveport** . You’ll be behind the wheel of a garbage truck, play a key role in keeping our community clean while putting safety first. This isn’t just a driving job. It’s a chance to **be a part of the community you live in** —to show up every day, work with pride, and make a difference people see and appreciate.

    Schedule:

    + Monday through Friday

    + Start time: 5:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

    + Around **45–50 hours a week**

    + **10+ hour days** —overtime available year-round

    Pay & Benefits:

    + **$18-21/hour, based on experience**

    What You’ll Need:

    + A valid **Class A or B CDL**

    + At least **1 year of experience driving with your CDL**

    + A focus on **safety, reliability** , and **good customer service**
