About the job you’re considering
We are seeking an accomplished SAP (FTM) FICO Senior Manager to work with our SAP Finance and Controlling team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO modules, a proven track record of managing complex projects, and a strategic mindset. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP FICO solutions to meet business objectives.
Your role
+ Provide strategic direction for SAP FICO initiatives in alignment with overall business goals.
+ Strong Configuration and maintenance experience of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting modules
+ Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute SAP FICO roadmap.
+ Lead and mentor a team of SAP FICO consultants, providing guidance on project tasks, technical issues, and career development.
+ Foster a high-performance culture, encouraging innovation and collaboration.
+ Oversee end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources and priorities effectively.
+ Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their strategic objectives and translating them into SAP FICO solutions.
+ Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
+ Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within SAP FICO modules.
+ Stay current with SAP updates and industry best practices, applying them to enhance existing solutions.
+ Develop and manage budgets for SAP FICO projects.
Your skills and experience
+ In-depth knowledge of SAP FI modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Tax, and baseline CO.
+ FICO lead on 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
+ Sub-module lead on 5–8 SAP projects, delivering across various industries.
+ SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is highly desirable.
+ Prior experience working in consulting services or fast-paced project environments.
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to interact confidently at executive levels.
+ Demonstrated leadership qualities, with experience building and guiding collaborative teams.
+ Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed
