We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Customer Experience Architect to oversee and lead our engagement with a QSR client. This role will focus on enhancing the digital customer experience across web, mobile web, mobile apps, and backend services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React Native, ReactJS, and mobile app development, with experience in the QSR domain being a significant advantage. The architect will be responsible for designing and improving large-scale, high-traffic applications, implementing modern technologies, and ensuring optimal user experiences. This role requires collaboration with various teams and providing solutions to complex technical challenges.

_Key Responsibilities_

+ Lead the design and development of digital customer experience solutions across web, mobile web, and mobile apps.

+ Oversee the architecture and implementation of backend services to support digital platforms.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure solutions meet customer needs and business objectives.

+ Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance architectures for web and mobile applications.

+ Ensure the integration of React Native and ReactJS technologies to deliver seamless user experiences.

+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

+ Conduct research and evaluate new and emerging technologies to enhance digital platforms.

+ Monitor and adjust solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and satisfaction.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
