    As the Supplier Quality Excellence Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives to enhance raw material integrity and supplier performance, ensuring alignment with corporate quality objectives. By fostering cross-regional collaboration, you will proactively manage high-risk suppliers, mitigating potential compliance and quality risks through rigorous assessments and audits. This role is pivotal in supporting North America Hypercare initiatives, providing swift resolution to supplier-related challenges while championing continuous improvement. With a strong focus on integrating supplier quality systems for new sites, you will work closely with procurement, operations, and quality teams to uphold excellence and drive sustainable success

    Your key responsibilities

    + Champion and execute regional quality initiatives related to raw materials (RM) and supplier performance, aligning with corporate quality goals.

    + Lead cross-regional collaboration to manage and improve performance of top focus suppliers, ensuring alignment with procurement, operations, and quality teams.

    + Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of suppliers and tollers, identifying potential quality and compliance risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

    + Plan, execute, and follow up on supplier and toller audits to ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement practices.

    + Provide quality oversight and support for North America (NAM) and Latin America (LAM) initiatives, ensuring rapid response and resolution of supplier-related quality escalated issues.

    You bring

    + Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

    + Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Supplier quality management, Quality Assurance or a similar role in the food – pharma industry with a bachelor’s degree.

    + Proven experience conducting supplier audits and implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), including GFSI or FDA requirements.

    + Proficiency in risk management tools such as FMEA, HACCP, or supplier scorecards.

    + Fluency in English, fluent in Spanish is a plus.

    + Flavor industry experience preferred.
