    We’re a thriving HOA community seeking a **Community Association Manager** to lead the operations of a portfolio of associations. In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee financial management, coordinate maintenance, enforce community rules, communicate with residents and board members, develop strategic planning, and lead dedicated teams.

    Community Association Manager Responsibilities:

    Portfolio and Financial Management:

    + Manage a portfolio of communities, including townhomes and/or condominiums.

    + Oversee budgeting processes, financial statements, and reserve studies.

    Meeting Management:

    + Prepare board packets, agendas, and calendars.

    + Attend and support association meetings.

    Board Leadership and Strategic Planning:

    + Guide and assist the Board of Directors with business operations.

    + Provide informed recommendations and strategic insights.

    + Contribute to the development of long-term goals and vision for community associations.

    Communication and Problem Resolution:

    + Maintain clear and consistent communication with residents, board members, and vendors.

    + Address concerns and support transparent dialogue.

    + Assist investors, residents, and board members with resolving issues effectively.

    Property Maintenance and Compliance:

    + Supervise maintenance and repairs of common areas.

    + Ensure regulatory compliance and manage vendor contracts.

    + Ensure communities adhere to governing documents, state laws, and local ordinances.

    Skills and Qualifications of the Community Association Manager:

    Education & Certifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Property Management, or a related field (preferred)

    + CAI certification (preferred)

    Experience:

    + Background in community association management

    + Experience with larger associations or managing multiple communities

    Software Proficiency:

    + AppFolio

    + Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

    Valid Driver’s License:

    + Required background check with a clean driving record
