    The Senior Manager, Volume Solutions for ACUVUE® Contact Lenses, will lead the development, implementation and commercialization of new loyalty programs for Eye Care Professionals. They will be responsible for increasing customer engagement, end-to-end adoption and overall growth of the program. This role reports to the Director, Customer & Channel Marketing within the U.S. Marketing department.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead the creation, development, implementation and commercialization of new practice solutions for Eye Care Professionals.

    + Drive program growth and create new optimizations to increase program sales and critical engagement metrics.

    + Create and deploy marketing collateral across various channels (CRM, sales, professional events, digital advertising) with agency and internal teams

    + Support evolution of internal dashboards that aids display of program offerings.

    + Partner with Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Training, legal and compliance counterparts.

    + Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and ethical standards in all marketing activities.

    + Other duties as required

    Qualifications

    + Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. MBA is preferred.

    + Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing or sales experience is required.

    + Experience in Optical industry, contracting and strategic accounts is preferred.

    + Ability to forge internal collaboration across all levels of the enterprise is required.

    + Strong influencing skills with internal and external partners is required.

    + This position is located in Jacksonville, Florida and requires up to 20% domestic travel.
