Job Summary
This position will play a critical role in enhancing and elevating the overall broker and client experience across all channels, including direct-to-consumer initiatives. The Analyst will drive ongoing engagement and content creation around proactive communication, education, training and resources that empower the Health Plan to foster trust, satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Primary functions include leading initiatives that drive objectives through innovative strategies and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
This position will transform feedback into actionable insights that align with business objectives and regulatory standards, ensuring a high standard of quality and excellence at every touchpoint. Continually improve the overall experience with a deep understanding of how improvements impact sales, brand loyalty, retention, and satisfaction in highly competitive health insurance market. Focus on continuous improvement and review of CRM systems and feedback tools to gather and interpret data. Will align data insights with business objectives, enhancing the overall broker, client and member experience to improve overall satisfaction, retention and engagement. Work with cross-functional teams and lead projects that span multiple departments or functions. Manage and deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Other duties as assigned. Some travel may be required.
Qualifications
An associate degree in a business or related field is required. A bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or work experience equivalent is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience management, sales, or account management, preferably within the health insurance or healthcare industry. Proven track record of developing and executing experience strategies that drive measurable improvements in overall satisfaction and retention. Familiarity with the regulatory environment and industry-specific challenges.
