    We have an outstanding career opportunity for aShift Supervisor to join a leading Company located in theColoma, MIsurrounding area.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Process, troubleshoot and basic repair of all blow molding machines/support equipment.

    + Acts as a liaison with other departments and shifts: maintenance to obtain necessary maintenance work; auditors to discuss and resolve quality problems; set-up to obtain mold repairs; personnel to solve problems in reporting production; engineering to resolve problems related to mold and fixture design .

    + Assumes some of the responsibilities of the manufacturing supervisor in their absence.

    + Reliable, regular and consistent attendance 5 days/week.

    + Participate in daily shift meetings, bi-weekly supervisor meetings.

    + Attend Supervisor Trainings and all other safety and leadership trainings as requested.

    + Abide by and uphold all safety and 5S policies established by the organization.

    + Enforce PPE requirements.

    + Monitoring performance, coaching, counseling, and development of employees.

    + Leading by exhibiting personal commitment to standards of attendance , behavior, policy/rules compliance, safety and quality.

    + Work with shift Quality Technician to ensure the parts are in spec and meet all of the quality standards.

    + Work closely with the Production Manager on priorities in the production of orders.

    + Work closely with the shift Team Leader to ensure production requirements are met on a daily basis . Communicate throughout the shift and work as a team on achieving the daily objectives.

    + Communicate with shift Team Leader any issues and/or adjustments made so they can communicate in the shift summary reporting.

    + Work on process optimization for continuous improvement in all aspects of the molding department.

    + Work closely with the manufacturing supervisor on priorities in the production of orders.

    + Work with and train understudies such as training new Mold Technicians.

    + Responsible to ensure all set up and programming changes are documented.

    + Enforce all company policies, procedures, work rules, work instructions and ensures that personnel comply with all safety rules.

    + Other duties as assigned or needed by supervisor.

    Basic Hiring Criteria:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Plastics Blow Molding: 1-3 years experience (preferred).

    + Manufacturing Management: 1-3 years experience (preferred).

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office.

    + ERP Manufacturing Software (IQMS preferred).

    + Paulson Training (preferred).

    + Lockout/Tagout.

    + Lift Truck Experience.
