Job Description
Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Dental Assistant to support our dental team and keep things running smoothly. From prepping patients and rooms to assisting chairside and managing supplies, you’ll play a vital role in delivering top-notch care—with a few laughs along the way.
What You’ll Do:
+ Set up treatment rooms and prep materials
+ Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures
+ Greet and prepare patients; take vital signs as needed
+ Snap digital x-rays (training and annual competency required)
+ Clean and reset rooms, manage sterilization and infection control
+ Support lab processes (impressions, digital scans)
+ Use our system to post charges and check schedules
+ Keep your station stocked and ready
+ Be a courteous, professional presence for all ages—from kids to seniors
+ Help maintain quality and safety standards, and follow compliance policies
Who You Are:
+ A high school graduate (or equivalent)
+ A great communicator with a team spirit
+ BLS certified (or willing to obtain and maintain)
Bonus Points:
+ 1+ year of experience assisting chairside
+ Graduate of a Dental Assistant training program OR 2 years of on-the-job training
