Summary:
Judgment Specialist I, utilizing their introductory skill level via Resurgent Account Portal, OnBase, Release application, Judgment Workflow Application, Collateral Release application, and SharePoint for base level Judgment Team Processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Performs various administrative duties assigned by management.
+ Identifies and executes required actions regarding information received from release images and judgment images (OnBase indexing), while adhering to all state and federal laws.
+ Maintains established levels of productivity, efficiency, and quality to ensure company standards are met.
+ Determines appropriate routing of account, release, or judgment information.
+ Using the Release workflows identifies or obtain valid judgment, judgment lien, or title/notice of lien images to be verified and data entry using appropriate systems and accompanying supporting documents.
+ Proven ability to process accounts via the judgment research flag (application used to confirm judgment data related to outgoing letters) as required.
+ Using Judgment Workflow identifies or obtain valid judgment images using appropriate systems and accompanying supporting documents.
+ Maintains the integrity and accuracy of the reporting information through process manual changes and deletions using appropriate systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
+ Must have ability to become an authorized Notary.
+ Flexibility concerning job functions and scheduling.
+ Ability to maintain confidential information.
+ Ability to use cognitive skills and work with a diverse team.
+ Excellent work ethic and integrity.
+ Detail oriented, analytical, and extremely organized.
+ Ability to work individually with minimal supervision.
+ Computer proficient with various MS Office applications and efficient typing skills.
+ Preferred knowledge/use of OnBase.
+ Must become company certified in compliance with FDCPA.
Educational Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Some college or equivalent work experience desired.
