Successful secondary teaching experience (or equivalent) is required. The successful candidates will demonstrate strong knowledgeof secondary instruction, adolescent development, and supervision practices that lead to teacher growth and student achievement. Candidates must be able to collaborate with students and families in a culturally responsive manner, and to work for the success of all students.
