    PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist 2, in San Antonio, TX. Job ID#211496

    Job Description:

    In this role, the Associate Supply Chain Specialist will support the execution of supply chain solutions for both internal operations and external customers. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate material order execution and contribute to process improvements for Boeing-led programs at the San Antonio site. Key responsibilities include analyzing post-production supply chain data, managing customer material and delivery requirements. This position is essential for ensuring efficient supply chain operations and fostering strong relationships with internal personnel and external customers. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our supply chain team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Assist in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.

    * Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders.

    * Assist in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities, capacity, and performance.

    * Process documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain initiatives and improve overall efficiency.

    * Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, referring to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance.

    * Maintain accurate records and databases related to supply chain activities.

    Qualifications:

    * Previous experience in supply chain or a related area is preferred.

    * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

    * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and supply chain management software.

    * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal personnel and external customers.

    * Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

    * Ability to represent the organization on specific projects and develop solutions to a variety of problems.

    Education:

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor's degree) and typically 2 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master's degree + 1 year of related work experience, or 7 years of related work experience).
