We think broadly and implement strategies to acquire, assess, and close top talent to help the company reach its product and revenue goals.

What you'll bring

+ 7+ years proven success in full cycle recruitment, experience with SaaS Sales recruiting with knowledge of SMB products a huge plus.

+ Experience and comfort partnering & consulting at all levels of leadership

+ Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings

+ Possess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time

+ Success in developing inclusive pipelines

+ Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed

+ Success in guiding, consulting and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices

+ Experience in guiding managers on use of corporate services such as relocation and immigration

+ BA/BS or equivalent experience

How you will lead

+ Serve as an advisor to Sales stakeholders to deeply understand their business strategies and talent needs for today and the future

+ Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers, coaching them on effective search strategies, compensation, and interviewing

+ Develop and execute end to end proactive sourcing strategies in multiple disciplines/domains

+ Build pools of talent for the Sales organizations and disciplines

+ Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close candidates

+ Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team members

+ Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects

+ Champion diversity and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey

+ Collaborate and partner across the broader talent acquisition team and serve as a mentor for others

+ Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as neede

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

+ Bay Area California: $155,000 - $209,500

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
