About the Consumer Group Business Operations Team:

Business Operations plays a critical role in driving and transforming how we connect across the Intuit ecosystem and operate within the Consumer Group (CG) to achieve Taxes Done for Everyone, supported by an AI-driven expert platform.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytically driven Principal in CG Business Operations team to drive operational excellence and lead high-impact initiatives across the Consumer organization. You will serve as a thought leader, framing complex business questions and synthesizing data into compelling narratives that frame, influence and drive business decision making across the Consumer Platform organization. This senior-level role will partner with cross-functional teams across the Consumer organization to drive impact, including senior leadership and teams spanning Product Management, Product Development, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Customer Success, Design, Technical Program Management, as well as teams across the Technology Ecosystem to deliver actionable insights, accelerate business decision making, help inform business strategy, assist with planning and resourcing, and drive operational execution.

What you'll bring

+ 8+ years of hands-on experience in business operations, including experience leading transformational change, and working at the intersection of strategy, change management, business intelligence,and operational excellence.

+ Proven track record of applying data to drive strategic decisions and influence senior executives.

+ Experience with KPI design, performance tracking, and executive reporting.

+ Strong business acumen and ability to connect analysis to strategy and outcomes.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ Comfort working independently on ambiguous problems with minimal direction.

+ Passion for high-quality work and a mindset of ownership and continuous improvement.

How you will lead

+ Strategic Execution & Leadership: Design and drive regular operating mechanisms with senior executives to align strategy, drive operational execution, and improve customer experiences.

+ Executive Strategy Storytelling: Develop and deliver high-impact strategic narratives, presentations, and insights to guide executive decision-making at the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Board of Directors, and CEO staff-level.

+ Planning & Governance: Partner across functions to lead annual and in-year business planning, strategy execution, and program governance, while ensuring clear accountability and measurable outcomes.

+ Transformation & Operational Excellence: Lead high-impact transformation initiatives designed to improve organizational effectiveness, improve our internal business operations, and accelerate our pace as an organization.
