    Qualifications & Experience

    •** **Your Mission: Lead, Support, and Serve

    + 🧁 Be the go-to leader in the Café, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations

    + 🧑‍🍳 Step into host roles as needed and support your teammates on the floor

    + 🚦 Serve as **Supervisor on Duty** , helping coordinate operations across **F&B, Attractions, and Retail**

    + 🌟 Motivate team members to be **“Guest Obsessed”** and deliver awesome experiences

    + 📋 Train and coach team members in food safety, customer service, and LEGOLAND standards

    + 💬 Address guest feedback with professionalism, positivity, and LEGO charm

    + 🎈 Keep the energy high, the Café spotless, and the smiles wide

    •** **What You Bring to the Brick Table

    + High school diploma or GED required 🎓

    + 6+ months of experience in food & beverage (restaurant, café, theme park, etc.) 🍔

    + A **fun, friendly, and outgoing personality** that connects with kids and adults alike 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

    + Ability to lead, coach, and inspire others with confidence and kindness 🚀

    + Passion for making everyday moments feel special and memorable 🌟
