As our **Lead Technician** , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our rides, attractions, and systems are operating safely and efficiently, helping to deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests — every single day! 💫

Qualifications & Experience

• What You'll Be Doing:

+ 🧯 Ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.

+ 🔩 Perform and oversee maintenance on rides, cinema equipment, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and more!

+ 🛠️ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

+ 📦 Assist with exhibit setup/take-down, shipping, custodial support, food equipment maintenance, and more.

+ 👷 Support and coach technicians to ensure high performance and safe practices.

+ 💡 Take the lead on daily operations and ensure smooth open/close procedures.

+ 🎯 React quickly to minimize downtime and keep the guest experience seamless.

• What You Bring to the Team:

+ High school diploma or GED required; technical degree a plus 🎓

+ 💪 2+ years of technical experience, preferably in attractions or themed environments.

+ ✅ A self-starter who thrives under pressure and solves problems on the fly.

+ 🧑‍🏫 Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.

+ 🧠 Strong technical knowledge — and always eager to learn more!

+ ⚙️ Familiarity with safety protocols and preventative maintenance practices.

• What to Expect:

+ Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays 📆

+ Active role with physical demands including lifting up to 70 lbs., working at heights, and handling equipment.

+ Work both indoors and outdoors with varying temperatures 🌡️

+ Use of PPE, tools, and occasional exposure to chemicals or loud environments 🔊🧪
