    COFFEE SHOP SUPERVISOR

    Job Purpose

     

    Oversee the smooth daily operation of F&B outlets. Develop, implement, and measure quality standards across all food outlet to enhance the customer experience and maximise revenue.

     

    Qualifications & Experience

    Key Accountabilities

    + Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to achieve departmental goals and drive overall performance in the food and beverage outlet.

    + Maintain inventory and ordering processes to optimize stock levels and maximize sales opportunities.

    + Support and lead a high-performing team by delivering training, coaching, and ensuring consistent service standards across all touchpoints.

    + Utilize feedback from the mystery shopper program and daily surveys to continuously enhance the guest experience and exceed service expectations.

    + Contribute to sales growth by developing and implementing innovative experiences, promotions, and expanding product offerings to surpass budgeted targets.

    Qualifications/ Experience

    + 2 years guest service experience.

    + Excellent communication and motivational skills.

    + Proven track record to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multitask as necessary.

    + Excellent punctuality and time management skills.

    + Schedule flexibility is preferred.
