    Coffee Shop Lead

     

    Job Purpose

     

    Oversee the smooth daily operation of F&B outlets. Develop, implement, and measure quality standards across all food outlets to enhance the customer experience and maximise revenue.

    Key Accountabilities

    + Work with our Retail Manager to achieve food and beverage department goals.

    + Help lead a phenomenal team by training and ensuring all team members deliver consistent standards.

    + Use the mystery shopper program as a benchmark to make sure you delight your guests with excellent customer service.

    + Drive sales above the budgeted targets by helping to develop new experiences, promotions and expand products lines.

    Qualifications/ Experience

    + 2 years guest service experience.

    + Excellent communication and motivational skills.

    + Proven track record to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multitask as necessary.

    + Excellent punctuality and time management skills.

    + Schedule flexibility is preferred.
