We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and  Home Health Aides (HHA)/Homemakers (HM) to join our growing team and help clients live independently and safely in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Description:

As a CNA, you will provide direct personal care to clients in accordance with the care plan. Duties include:

+ Assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and feeding

+ Supporting mobility and transferring

+ Taking vital signs and assisting with medical equipment use

+ Monitoring client condition and reporting changes to the supervisor

+ Documenting care provided per Florida regulations

Requirements:

+ Current Florida CNA license

+ CPR certification (must be current and from an approved provider)

+ Level 2 AHCA Background Screening

+ Negative TB test or chest X-ray

+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance

Home Health Aide (HHA)

Job Description:

The HHA provides personal care and health-related support, including:

+ Helping clients with hygiene, grooming, and personal care

+ Supporting ambulation and exercise

+ Performing light housekeeping and meal prep

+ Observing and reporting changes in client health and environment

+ Maintaining accurate documentation

Requirements:

+ Completion of at least 40-hour HHA training from a Florida-approved program

+ CPR certification

+ Level 2 AHCA Background Screening

+ Negative TB test or chest X-ray

+ Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Requirements:

+ Must complete agency-provided homemaker training/orientation

+ Must pass Level 2 Background Screening (AHCA)

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

+ Negative TB test or chest X-ray
