COMPENSATION INFORMATION
The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range. We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.
Lead Stakeholder Experience Specialist Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $123,700.00
Senior Stakeholder Experience Specialist Pay Range: $85,800.00 - $109,450.00
Stakeholder Experience Specialist II Pay Range: $68,600.00 - $85,750.00

Do you have system administrator and technical support experience? Do you also have Salesforce admin or developer experience? This is a great opportunity to jump into a position with a growing and evolving use of Salesforce that will give you the freedom to be creative while supporting business needs and enhancing stakeholder experiences.
We’re looking for a **Stakeholder Experience Specialist** to join our Stakeholder Relations team and play a key role in managing the technical tools, systems, and support services that help us engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
This role combines system administration, process improvement, and exceptional customer service. You’ll be the go-to person for IT-related issues within the department and will serve as the main liaison between Stakeholder Relations and SPP’s IT teams. Your efforts will help improve compliance processes, increase operational efficiency, and elevate the stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead technical assessments and coordinate the implementation of systems used by the Stakeholder Relations team.
+ Support and improve systems related to CIP compliance and stakeholder engagement.
+ Provide hands-on technical support and triage for system-related issues, serving as the internal SME.
+ Act as a liaison between Stakeholder Relations and IT teams to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient resolution of tech issues.
+ Enhance and administer Salesforce-based tools, CRM platforms, and ticketing systems.
+ Develop and implement new reporting capabilities in collaboration with staff and stakeholders.
+ Direct the work of staff and contractors on technical improvements and projects.
+ Analyze stakeholder trends and develop data-driven action plans to address issues.
+ Keep customer data accurate, up-to-date, and secure.

To be successful in the role we're looking for:
+ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field; or two years of job-related work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
+ Lead: Eight (8) years of job-related experience
+ Senior: Six (6) years of job-related experience
+ Level II: Three (3) years of job-related experience
+ Salesforce administration development experience
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills, specifically demonstrated in a customer service role
+ Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products and database applications
+ Strong problem-solving abilities
+ Demonstrated system administration experience
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type, Location, and Hours:
This is a full-time, hybrid onsite position located in Little Rock, Arkansas. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional extended hours as needed. Remote work may be considered for senior-level candidates who reside more than 50 miles from SPP headquarters.
Travel Requirement:
+ This position requires minimal travel (approximately 15%).
