    Overview

     

    The Onsite Project Manager will oversee all contracted services at a designated Life Sciences facility, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). This role is crucial in building strong client partnerships, driving operational excellence, and meeting or exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others succeed. In this capacity, you will collaborate with local operations teams and clients to develop win-win solutions. Successful candidates will demonstrate a customer-focused, growth-oriented mindset along with strong business and financial acumen.

     

    **Pay:** $95,000/ year.

     

    The pay listed is the salary for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

     

    You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

     

    **Schedule:** M-F Days, weekends as needed

    In this role, you will be responsible for providing support, direction, and coaching to the onsite team. You will need to possess deep knowledge of GDP and GMP for controlled environments, ensuring that operations align with contractual obligations, scope of work, and client-specific requirements. Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities to enhance compliance and efficiency will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also be tasked with building long-term sustainable partnerships with clients, participating in regular onsite meetings to address client communications with urgency. Additionally, you will review financial performance regularly to forecast spending and make necessary adjustments to ensure cost control. Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring that the site conducts formal quality checks and inspections will be essential to maintaining high standards. You will also have the opportunity to up-sell additional services beyond contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures throughout your tenure.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide oversight of all contracted services at the designated Life Sciences facility.

    + Build strong client partnerships and ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements.

    + Drive operational excellence to meet or exceed client expectations.

    + Consult with local operations teams and clients to develop win-win solutions.

    + Support, direct, and coach the onsite team.

    + Ensure delivery of operations, including contract, scope of work, and client nuances.

    + Identify and implement improvement opportunities for compliance and efficiencies with GDP and GMP.

    + Review financial performance regularly to forecast spending and course correct when necessary.

    + Develop site-specific performance standards and ensure they are met.

    + Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety programs.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent military experience.

    + Minimum of 5-7 years of management experience in Life Sciences GMP environments.

    + Minimum of 5-7 years in facility services or building management, preferably in a single-site location.

    + Experience in life sciences clean room environments.

    + Ability to travel as needed to support the site.

    + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office.

    + Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations.

    + Valid State issued driver's license.
