    Description

    Starting Salary Range: $69,000-$84,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Facilitate policy-focused discussions between MISO and stakeholders on energy industry matters.

    + Plan and manage the annual meeting schedule for various functional groups.

    + Support agenda development, material reviews, and process guidance for external entity leadership and MISO liaisons.

    + Advise MISO staff on stakeholder engagement strategies and issue resolution.

    + Manage meeting logistics, ensuring timely posting of materials and seamless execution.

    + Develop and maintain issue tracking tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

    + Communicate and coordinate across MISO departments to ensure effective issue tracking and resolution.

    + Provide an excellent customer experience to both internal and external stakeholders.

    What we are looking for…

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Experience in stakeholder engagement, meeting facilitation, and governance structures.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.

    + Proficiency in parliamentary procedures and stakeholder relationship management.

    + Familiarity with the energy industry is a plus.

    Education

    Preferred

    + Bachelors or better in Political Science

    + Bachelors or better in Engineering

    + Bachelors or better in Communication

    + Bachelors or better in Business Administration
