The Integrated Manufacturing FP&A Leader manages planning, analysis, and reporting for the consolidated view of Part Families and IM as an aggregate. This leader should support the Integrated Manufacturing CFO by enabling IM-wide standard work and efficient financial processes. This role will provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making processes. This leader will work directly with the entire IM General Manager and IM Staff to enable operational performance and implement strategies that align with business objectives.
In addition to FP&A responsibilities, a critical part of this role is directly supporting special projects across the Integrated Manufacturing Shops, including, but not limited to Business Development opportunities, key acquisition integrations, ERP implementation projects, and various other IM-level strategic initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading and managing key efforts in these special projects to support the IM division.

Roles and Responsibilities
As the Integrated Manufacturing FP&A leader you will:
+ Financial Planning, Reporting, and Analysis: Lead Part Family and Shop finance teams in executing planning and reporting cycles, delivering comprehensive financial reports with variance analysis, and driving process automation to enhance transparency and streamline reporting.
+ Forecasting and Risk Management: Manage planning, forecasting, and pacing activities by leveraging data insights and operational expertise to identify material variances, mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial results.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Foster engagement with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate financial positions, analyze operating results, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
+ Operational Reviews and Consolidation: Own the consolidation and analysis of financial data for IM’s Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) and Weekly Operating Reviews (WORs), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
+ Strategic Planning and Reporting: Lead planning, forecasting, and pacing efforts for IM HQ, utilizing data-driven approaches to articulate material variances, risks, and opportunities. Support the IM CFO in preparing presentations and materials for key reviews, including MORs, WORs, Wrap Reviews, Budget, Strategy, and Board of Directors meetings.
+ Continuous Improvement Through FLIGHT DECK: Apply FLIGHT DECK methodologies to drive continuous improvement across all financial processes within IM, fostering a lean and efficient operating model.
+ Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate across shops and part families to lead or support special projects, including developing business cases, conducting due diligence for business development, integrating new sites and ERPs, and spearheading IM-level cross-functional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university
+ 6+ years of FP&A/Supply Chain Finance experience
