    Role Overview

    **Sodexo’s** Health Care Division is seeking an **Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2** at St. Joseph Hospital-Lake Saint Louis, located in **Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.** St. Joseph Hospital-Lake Saint Louis is part of the SSM Health system and is the leading provider of health care services for western St. Charles, Warren and Lincoln Counties. This state-designated Level 3 trauma center has 215 beds. This is a **2nd shift opportunity** **(2PM start time),** primarily M-F and every other weekend/holiday on call schedule. This manager will report to the General Manager overseeing a staff of approximately 20 frontline housekeepers.

    What You'll Do

    + be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores

    + provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department

    + lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives

    + effectively manage the Unit Operating System

    + support a diverse and inclusive workforce
