    Nurse Practitioner/PA job details:

    Position Details:

    + Full time

    + 40 hours per week

    + M-F 8:00am – 5pm

    Essential Job Duties:

    + Completes the routine physical assessment using common assessment skills in a systematic manner.

    + Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.

    + Records physical findings, formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.

    + Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician.

    + Respects patients' rights, including the right to inform, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to refuse care.

    + Assists with patient education to promote self-care and patient independence.

    + Follows company policies and procedures and department protocols.

    Qualifications:

    + Graduate from an accredited MSN or PA program

    + Must have Indiana RN license.

    + Must have active APRN or PA/CSR license or be eligible for licenses.

    + AANP, ANCC or PA certification

    + Valid driver's license

    License/Certification:

    + BLS certification
