    The role you’ll contribute:

    Serves as the day-to-day lead encompassing multiple service lines. Assist with development, implementation of multiple service lines. Navigates patients through their diagnosis and treatment ensuring timely services. The Navigator will coordinate the efforts between surgeons, hospital administration and staff while tracking the progress of programs and identifying areas that require attention. The Navigator is responsible for participating in program management, report generation and review, process improvement, patient satisfaction, facilities review, and administrative activities within the key service lines.

    **·** Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with hospital administrators, the Center medical director, other physicians, and key staff.

    • Has extensive knowledge of breast cancer screening, diagnosis and treatment.

    • Contribute to build out the breast health program and oversee the day-to-day facility operations within the center.

    • Contribute to build out the digestive health program and oversee the day-to-day facility operations within the center.

    • Develop standardized care plans with the surgeons including pre-op, post-op and discharge orders.

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

    • Bachelor's in Nursing Required

    • 3 experience Required

    • Able to complete and/or experience with all job responsibilities. Required

    • Experience with patient/staff education. Required

    • Proven leadership experience, having managed resources either directly or within the implementation of new initiative.

    • RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Required

    • BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
