    EEO Strategic Process & Reporting Specialist

    YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The primary responsibilities of this role, EEO Strategic Process and Reporting Specialist are to:

    The EEO Strategic Process and Reporting Specialist is responsible for reviewing, assessing, and mitigating HR and employment-related risks for Bayer and its U.S. affiliates. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations through accurate reporting and effective data management. Key responsibilities include leading projects, collaborating closely with Bayer's various business units to understand their needs, and providing expert guidance on compliance and reporting matters.

     

    + Workforce Analysis: Utilize workforce planning software as the primary expert to conduct comprehensive workforce analyses, including planning activities and providing insights on the data, Individual with Disabilities (IWD) and Veteran Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs), and other necessary reports;

    + Process Assessment: Evaluate existing processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies, providing actionable solutions and recommendations for enhancements and process improvements;

    + Government Reporting: Prepare and submit mandatory government reports, including EEO-1, VETS, and State Pay Equity Reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance;

    + Data Management & Data Requests: Review and monitor the accuracy of data and collaborate with the Data Management team to implement necessary changes. Oversee and respond to data requests from stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and accessibility;

    + Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple compliance and reporting projects, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones while fostering strong relationships with business partners and suppliers;

    + Template and Tool Updates: Regularly update HR and EEO related compliance templates and tools to align with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.

    WHO YOU ARE

    Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

    Required Qualifications:

    + A minimum of six years of experience in EEO, government reporting and compliance;

    + In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws and related trends, with a strong grasp of employment law compliance;

    + Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems while managing multiple projects simultaneously;

    + Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured and systematic approach to work;

    + Proven project management skills that align with efficient and innovative work practices.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience;

    + Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, fostering consensus and promoting good governance;

    + Proven expertise in compliance requirements associated with the recruiting process and electronic applicant tracking systems;

    + Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;

    + Ability to provide guidance and direction to stakeholders on regulatory compliance, recruitment strategies, outreach initiatives, and resource identification.
