    Job Summary

    The Member Operations Manager is responsible for developing and managing the internal and external operations programs and processes related to the Members and customers of Mobile Solutions and will play a vital role in the successful strategic operations from implementation and launch and continuing throughout the Member’s relationship.

     

    They will work closely with the Operations, Billing, and Accounting teams to provide direction and oversight of the strategy programs.

    Responsibilities

    + Identify, develop, and evaluate growth activities, based on knowledge of internal goals, mobile market strategies, and the specific implementation plan and ongoing support of multiple Members

    + Maintain promotion and implementation documents, conduct periodic meetings and provide appropriate consultative support as needed to facilitate the timely and accurate build of the Member’s strategy programs, work with Operations, IT and Accounting to set up and test needed plans, features and any custom development needs, and follow up on all questions or issues to successful resolution

    + Create or support development of new or updated training materials as needed

    + Conduct on-site or web-based training for implementations, reseller refresher training, internal team training, or new product/process training

    + Develop ad copy autonomously or in collaboration with the Member’s marketing team or third-party vendors

    + Analysis and reporting of promotions programs

    + Conduct and publish Member communications (newsletters, webinars, roundtable discussions, etc) each month

    + Support reseller bill run review and approvals as assigned

    + Provide after-hours on-call support on a rotating monthly schedule

    + Support and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by Management

    + This role has no supervisory responsibilities

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    + Strong organization and follow-through skills; ability to multi-task

    + Effective and professional written and verbal communication

    + Self-motivated, proactive and works well independently; seeks and delivers ideas and solutions

    + Works well with others in a team setting to effect change and solve problems

    + Able to accurately prioritize to meet deadlines, and to successfully handle shifting priorities

    + Ability to build strong relationships with clients / demonstrate concern for Member and customer well-being.

    + Solid project management skills.

    + Ability to stay abreast of the changing landscape of marketing strategy and marketing tools

    Minimum Education and Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent experience.

    + 5 or more years’ experience required in marketing, advertising, communications, PR or related.

    + Mobile telecommunications experience is a plus.

    + Project management and the ability to delegate and communicate successfully with leadership and other team members.

    Physical Demands

    + Work is typically performed in-office

    + Occasionally travel may be required (up to 25%)
