    We are excited to announce an opening in our IT department as an IT Support Specialist.

    Job Title:

    IT Support

    Responsibilities:

    + Triage, prioritize and quickly resolve technical issues

    + Troubleshooting with hardware and peripherals

    + Provide front line onsite or remote support to hardware users

    + Create documentation and training materials as it relates to system configuration and processes

    + Assume additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by Tudi Mechanical management

    Qualifications:

    + At least three (3) years of experience providing onsite or helpdesk desktop/laptop support

    + Self-sufficient, determine when additional support is needed

    + Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

    + Willingness to learn and think outside the box

    + Desktop/laptop support experience

    + Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite

    + LAN/WAN experience

    + Understand and experienced with virtualized environments

    Preferred/Bonus:

    + Crystal Reports

    + SQL Management Studio with experience in queries, triggers, stored jobs

    + SQL Reporting Services

    + Salesforce

    + 3CX hosted PBX

    + MaaS360 or equivalent mobile device management platform
