Overview
The position involves developing and driving software tests to identify software problems and their causes. The successful candidate will implement test plans within current guidelines by analyzing project requirement documents. A critical part of the role is to review project documentation for all assigned projects to ensure that the project requirements are clearly defined. The candidate will prepare test plan documents and write test procedures, ensuring that all testing activities are well-documented and aligned with project goals. In addition, the role requires designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and implementing test automation scripts across different test environments for consistency. The candidate will develop both manual and automated test cases and configurations needed to meet the testing of business requirements. This includes creating test cases and test plans that encompass functionality testing, destructive testing, and error testing. The candidate will actively participate in defect triage meetings and update defect details as per meeting outcomes, ensuring that all issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner. The position is set within an Agile development environment, requiring an understanding of Scrum methodology. The candidate will perform additional testing as needed on cloud-based browser environments and will be responsible for distributed test automation execution on different environments as part of the Continuous Integration process. The candidate will also advise and assist the QA Manager/Lead on status, risks, and their resolutions as they relate to testing and quality assurance. Furthermore, the role includes validating AEM templates, AEM components, AEM Page, and DAM properties authored pages against design documents, as well as conducting functional testing.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and complete software tests to identify software problems and their causes.
+ Implement test plans within current guidelines by analyzing project requirement documents.
+ Review project documentation for all assigned projects to ensure that the project requirements are clearly defined.
+ Prepare test plan documents and write test procedures.
+ Design, develop, test, maintain and implement test automation scripts across different test environments for consistency.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained.
+ One year of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
+ Experience with Accessibility Tools (Axe, Voiceover, Talkback, NVDA).
+ Proficiency in Java.
+ Experience with Junit.
+ Experience with Selenium Web driver and Selenium GRID.
+ Experience with Appium.
+ Experience in API testing.
+ Familiarity with version control systems (GIT).
+ Experience with Figma.
+ Experience with Browserstack (Manual, Automation).
+ Experience with Jira.
+ Experience with Test-Rail.

Compensation Range: $72390 - $95200. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
