    Overview

     

    The **Supervisor, Brand Experience** plays a pivotal role on our **Marketing Investment Team** , providing analytical and operational support for media planning, buying, and performance optimization. This individual ensures the seamless execution of media operations while delivering strategic insights that improve campaign efficiency and drive **Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)** . The role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, media agencies, and consultants to uphold excellence across both national and market-level initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    1. Media Operations & Performance Optimization

    + Conduct in-depth media analysis to uncover opportunities and establish best practices.

    + Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely reporting across national and market levels.

    + Manage operational elements of national and market-level media.

    2. Strategic Planning & Documentation

    + Support the development of planning deliverables and timelines.

    + Maintain and update legal documentation and databases related to partnerships.

    + Prepare and refine annual planning documents for long-term strategic alignment.

    3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    + **Investment Team:** Ensure data accuracy and alignment for informed decision-making.

    + **Marketing Consultants:** Equip field operators with actionable insights and tools.

    + **Media Agencies:** Partner to curate campaign data, develop insights, and implement optimizations.

    + **Consumer & Market Insights (CMI):** Analyze data to identify growth opportunities.

    + **In-House Agency (IHA):** Coordinate development of creative assets, especially for local media needs.

    4. Communication & Stakeholder Management

    + Consolidate and distribute campaign reports to relevant stakeholders.

    + Act as a liaison to direct stakeholder inquiries to appropriate agency contacts.

    + Monitor media performance trends and recommend optimization strategies.

    + Organize and manage media data for **Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)** .

    Qualifications

    + 3+ years of experience in media planning experience across media channels

    + Previous team management experience is a plus

    + Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

    + Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines; be able to identify and promote solutions

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint

    + Experience working within media systems/platforms (Kantar, IMS, Media Tools Flowchart Software, R/F and Optimization Software, comScore, Prisma, Mbox, MRI/GfK, GWI)

    + Strong knowledge of all cross-channel media, with a drive for curiosity and passion for the client’s business

    + Demonstrated ability to learn new propriety software and processes quickly and proficiently

    + Strong communication skills, with ability to present to clients, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation

    + Understanding of activation/negotiation team functions and the capabilities of each media channel to maximize the impact and components within each campaign

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
