We’re looking for a Membership Sales Associate  who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, but knows how to slow down and really connect with people. If you’re the kind of person who can listen deeply, stay focused, and take pride in every follow-up, then you’ll fit right in.

This is more than a sales role. It’s a chance to make real human connections , help people take the first step toward better health, and sharpen your communication and leadership skills along the way.

What You’ll Do

+ Proactively engage with new leads and follow up with purpose

+ Book and manage appointments with prospective members

+ Lead powerful sales consultations that are clear, personal, and inspiring

+ Keep communication responsive, thoughtful, and professional

+ Accurately track updates in our systems (organization is key!)

+ Stick to our standards and bring structure to your day

+ Be available nights and weekends—especially during peak enrollment periods (this is when we make the most impact)

What We’re Looking For

+ You know how to connect with people, including over the phone

+ You’re resilient - able to stay on your game through long days and changing conversations

+ You take ownership of your goals and don’t need micromanagement

+ You’re coachable and open to feedback - every conversation is a chance to get better

+ You handle objections with confidence, empathy, and composure

+ Experience in sales or customer service is required
