What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:

+ Provide excellent customer service by listening and asking questions to get the correct part in a timely fashion for the customer

+ Greet all customers promptly and in a professional and timely manner

+ Recommend related parts that are needed to complete a service job

+ Follow-up with the customer during the process to let them know when the specific part for their repair job will be in

+ Assist wherever necessary with delivery drivers with their orders and routes

+ Maintain a proper filing system for all repair orders, special orders, backorders, wholesale estimates, etc.

+ Any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Job Functions:

+ 2-3 years in automotive parts environment preferred, but not required

+ High school education or equivalent

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills

+ Must be able to work cross-functionally with other departments and maintain a calm, helpful demeanor

+ Must be able to work nights and Saturdays

+ Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

+ Must be able to lift to 15 pounds
