Position Summary: The Supply Chain Manager will manage the supply chain team, including the expediting of the materials and equipment for an international program. The team is comprised of logistics, warehousing and expediting professionals working hand in hand with our client to ensure timely deliveries and communication of market conditions; Clear mitigation planning as required. This position will be required to give weekly presentation status updates.

SALARY RANGE: $99,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually DOE
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Manage and support a team of expeditors, logistics coordinators and warehouse managers on various projects
+ Provide internal support to Project Teams and Operations as needed
+ Have a clear understanding of the entire life cycle of construction supply chain starting with planning to project closeout
+ Present to both Clients and internal leadership global status of the construction supply chain
+ Coordination with Clients to support long lead equipment decisions and purchases
+ Stays informed on lead times, market challenges, and project status from various equipment and material vendors regarding fabrication and shipments
+ Advise of any impacts affecting fabrication and/or shipments
+ Reviews and provides support for the ongoing maintenance of relevant and accurate data for current and historical equipment information records
Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education
+ College Degree in Construction Management or Acquisitions and Supply Chain
+ Understanding of world commodity indexes
+ Experience with expediting equipment and logistics
+ Experience managing a team
+ Experience with negotiations driving to key benchmarks
+ Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) and have a general understanding of working within a computer network
+ Ability to work under pressure from internal and external force and maintain a professional demeanor
+ Ability to travel as needed to various jobsite across the country
+ Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
+ Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
+ Must be a strong team player, self -starter, flexible and be able to work well with a variety of personalities and minimal instruction.

Nice To Have Skills
+ Prior experience in the construction industry
+ Proficiency in Office365, Smartsheet, Oracle Systems, Procore and other document management systems would be preferred but not required.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
+ Standing/Walking/Sitting: Workday is combination of sitting/walking and standing.
+ Legs: Must be able to climb stairs - 20% of day.
+ Hands/Arms: Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use.
+ Vision: Visual acuity in near, mid and far range vision. Color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, hand/eye coordination.
+ Hearing: Sufficient to hear conversational levels in person and over the telephone and radio; sufficient to hear alarms on equipment.
+ Speech: Sufficient to make oneself heard in person, speak in front of groups, and be understood over the telephone and radio.
+ Lift/Carry: Up to 50lb computer/drawings- minimal.
+ Bending/Twisting: Minimal.
+ Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling: Minimal.
+ Constant mental alertness, accuracy, and attention to detail required.
+ Work independently, make decisions, and follow through on all assignments.
+ Use creativity, independent judgment, and organizational and problem-solving skills to determine best method to accomplish desired results.
+ Plan and organize work.
+ Strong organizational and computer use skills and have a high level of competency to read/write/speak English, interpret construction related documentation and communicate with coworkers.
