Job Summary
Detail-oriented financial professional responsible for delivering comprehensive business performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting. Supports Tech Ops headcount planning and management across regional teams and shared service centers. Provides a wide range of financial data, maintains and updates complex financial models and strategic plans, and delivers actionable insights to stakeholders at all organizational levels. Demonstrates deep expertise in financial analysis and projections to support functional business objectives. Operates with a high degree of independence in setting work priorities and serves as a key resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
+ Provides budget, forecast, and variance analysis and related reports as needed.
+ Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives, and determines emerging financial trends.
+ Provides rationale behind reports and analysis and relays them in simple terms.
+ Creates and maintains statistical/financial databases and reports. Runs appropriate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
+ Manages Beeline, including verifying and correcting cost centers for contractors in Tech Ops.
+ Participates in manpower justification processes to support strategic workforce planning.
+ Interacts as a team member and sets the pace for the Financial Analysts team. Interfaces with other department members on special projects or on an as-needed basis.
+ Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
+ Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
+ Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
