Position Summary...
We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Lead to spearhead design efforts across all brand touchpoints for Fashion. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who can bring strategic thinking to design, isn’t afraid to explore or challenge new ways to approach brand design within existing formats and enjoys team mentorship. You will oversee and execute high-impact design projects, ensure brand consistency, and guide a team of designers in delivering visually strong brand-aligned assets that set the bar for Walmart.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and art direction for web and app based creative. This role requires experience designing and scaling systems, implementing seasonal visual identities, prototyping, developing templates and Figma libraries, and collaborating with XFN partners.
What you'll do...
+ Lead Creative Development and Execution of brand assets, marketing campaigns, digital, print, packaging and internal comms.
+ Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
+ Manage and mentor and inspire a team of senior graphic designers, fostering growth and maintaininghigh standards.
+ Collaborate with Creative Team (art directors, ACDs, CDs, photographers and external vendors) to bring campaigns to life.
+ Oversee multiple projects and deadlines and ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery
+ Stay current with design trends
+ Pursue ways in which we can work better, faster, smarter
+ Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of quality and craftsmanship throughout the conception to production process
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, fine arts, or related field and 6+ years designing in a senior role.
+ Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of brand, marketing and campaign work across various medium, showcasing strategic thinking.
+ Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software including the Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Slides and sketch.
+ Understanding of responsive and adaptive design, and ADA compliancy
+ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate external artis partners and connect across Walmart Creative Studio.
+ Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment leading design work.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
