What you'll do...

In this role, the Senior Manager, Creative Solutions, will be a crucial part of Walmart Merchandising and Merch Operations. The work you do will aid your team in building and deploying launch strategies and materials to support the Merchant Transformation roadmap.

What you’ll do

+ Support the Merchant Transformation roadmap by creating engaging marketing collateral.

+ Oversee the creation of marketing strategies and content to support implementation and launch strategies.

+ Create engaging video content to amplify key initiatives.

+ Work with leadership to help craft dynamic stories that communicate their priorities and vision.

+ Develop refined brands for initiatives and teams that convey the Walmart and Merchandising spirit.

+ Partner with clients by enabling them to speak as brand advocates for broader creative and business strategies.

Minimum Qualifications...

+ 3-5 years of experience in creative marketing, creative operations, or creative production in large-scale organizations.

+ Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

+ Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop

+ Experience in Web Development (HTML, CS, JS).

+ Experience with digital asset management systems.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication; English-language proficiency.

+ Proficient with MS Office 365.

Preferred Qualifications...

+ 5+ years of experience in the creative field, with a degree in graphic design, marketing, or a similar field of study.

+ Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.

+ Photography and Videography expertise.

+ Marketing or Creative Agency experience.

+ Experience with Figma.

+ Experience comfortably working directly with senior leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in creative design, marketing, advertising, media production, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in creative design, marketing, advertising, media production, or related area.
