+ Conduct system audits and implement best practices to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of the Marketo instance.

+ Manage platform trust and security by monitoring integration health and addressing compliance and governance requirements.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing Ops, Sales, IT, Analytics) to drive data-driven marketing initiatives and operational alignment.

+ Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

+ Lead technical efforts in data migration, synchronization, and transformation across marketing systems.

+ Create and maintain documentation for architecture, workflows, and integration processes.

+ Provide thought leadership on MarTech innovation, platform modernization, and digital transformation.

+ Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing across the marketing technology team.

+ Analyze campaign performance and attribution data to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies.

    Required Qualifications

+ 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Marketing Technology (MarTech) Engineering.

+ Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage, including campaign design, execution, lead management, and advanced automation, as well as building and maintaining integrations.

+ Strong API development and integration experience with Marketo and external systems.
