A Typical Day for a RN/LPN at Wesley on Grand:

+ Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans and ratio of 1:20.

+ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.

+ Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.

+ Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families.

+ Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

+ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents.

+ Offer emotional support and education to residents and their families, promoting overall well-being and understanding of care plans.

Open Shifts Available

+ Weekend Package - Friday, Saturday and Sunday (6:00pm-6:30am)

Weekend Package Information:

+ Scheduled to work 32 hours or more between Friday at 6:00am and Monday at 6:00am.

+ Required to work five (5) out of six (6) weekends.

+ Shift differentials will be paid in addition to the weekend package differential.

+ May pick up additional shifts during the rest of the week.

+ Weekend package team members will be eligible for the same benefits as all other team members.

Compensation:

+ The pay range for the LPN position is $27.39 - $34.51 / hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.

+ The pay range for the RN position is $32.53-$40.99 / hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.

+ **_Sign on Bonus: $5,000 for Full-Time and $3,000 for Part-Time employees._**

Shift Differentials:

+ 2nd shift: $3.50/hour

+ 3rd shift: $5/hour

+ Weekends: $1/hour
